Fundamentals of Creative Real Estate - This is our six part course to give you the basics of creative real estate.  Don't let the words "Fundamentals" or "Basics" fool you -- there are probably a few tricks and strategies in here that will help even experienced investors. 

Introduction to Real Estate - This links you to articles which talk about basic concepts of real estate.  Again, if you are an experienced investor, don't skip past this.  There are always areas of real estate that you may not have investigated.  We just feel that these articles can be understood by someone starting out. 

Advanced R.E. Investing - This section contains articles for the more advanced investor.  Some of the concepts are esoteric, some just require a solid understanding of investment real estate.
