What could you learn from someone who reads a minimum of four newspapers a day and tracks the markets across the globe? Real estate doesn't exist in a vacuum. While many people are just trying to make it through the day, factors are at work that deeply affect their jobs, business, housing market, taxes and more. Jay is a voracious reader and more importantly, a deep thinker. He preaches that "You have to be the smartest kid on the block at what you do" and he practices that. His business is real estate and he looks at every angle, from talking with landlords in various areas of the country - the guys who are in the trenches - to government legislation and the forces behind the scenes. Many years ago, Jay wrote a guest column for FREE, the Florida Real Estate Exchangers where he gave his thoughts on just about everything that affected real estate and finance. When FREE folded, Jay stopped writing. A couple of years ago, he resurrected the columns as an informal newsletter. These dispatches were privately sent around to friends - people who had years of experience in real estate and paper. These are people who are on the cutting edge of real estate - teachers and national speakers like Jay. As leaders, they need to know where the market is going before it gets there. Now Jay has agreed to share his perspective with all of us. "In these economic times, investors need as much ammunition as possible." "A View From a Passing Planet" is sent to you as part of your membership subscription.
